I have had dealings with Volvo dealers and their mechanics, on the Western Australian coast and all up the Eastern seaboard and can highly recommend Laurie, the owner of the business, his son Kieran and other staff members to do exactly as promised and at the same time they keep the customer fully informed as work progresses. Their in depth knowledge is second to none. In my case they also found potential problems that could have become serious and made recommendations to eliminate any future mechanical breakdown. Most importantly, for me, they went well beyond the extra mile to meet some critical deadlines I had. Thanks to all, I will be writing to Volvo Penta Australia to commend their exceptional service."
